Refund and Return Policy
At Brutally Honest® Cards we pride
ourselves on providing a quality product. Should your card(s)
arrive damaged, please return the card(s) to us and we shall
organise to have a replacement card(s) sent to you as soon as
possible.
Please choose your card(s) carefully though as we do not refund.
Should you make an incorrect selection, we shall credit you
with the cost of the card (if it is returned in a satisfactory
condition) toward the purchase of another card you choose.
Delivery
Brutally Honest® Cards continue to explore the most effective
and cost-efficient means to deliver your cards to you as soon
as possible. We currently use Australia Post® to provide
this service.
Delivery times shall vary upon the delivery location and also
the time of year. Should you have any concerns about the delivery
of your cards, please contact us.
Security
The Brutally Honest website’s shopping cart uses a SSL
(Secure Sockets Layer) certificate with 128-bit encryption,
helping protect your personal information.
Changes to our Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions may change without notice. Any such
